Ep #52 - This week's episode looks at why people don't take action, even though they want to. This is a recurring issue that has come up time and time again in Matt's seminars and coaching.
Often times, people will report feeling stuck in their business or life, even comparing the feeling to being stuck in a hamster wheel.
There are 3 different places you can be in your life or business:
1) You are doing things
2) You are preparing to do things
3) You aren't doing things at all
Matt will break down each of these areas and discuss how people can get trapped in each of these pitfalls. He will also share how he has helped others to escape the traps.

Ep #50 - The big question asked in this episode is "Can a customer change their stripes?"
Matt starts this conversation by referencing a simple three-step formula that comes from a book written by Keith Cunningham called "The Road Less Stupid." This is how the formula goes:
Step 1 - Find Out what Your customer wants
Step 2 - Go Get It
Step 3 - Give It To Them
It's the most obvious thing in the world, but most entrepreneurs will complicate this severely.
Many entrepreneurs tend to sell things that they believe people need rather than asking what they actually want. The problem with this is that they fail to assess the culture and environment of their market ahead of time.
This is a big mistake and Matt will share why it is absolutely critical to know the culture of your customers before getting started.

Ep #49 - Matt Brauning sits down with visionary entrepreneur and thought leader, Iain Grae. Matt met Iain a while back at a podcast conference and was taken in by his incredible story. Iain is a man with tremendous vision and he has used it to make big things happen in his life. He has a unique ability to lead people and has leveraged this skill to create major companies and rebuild others. In his mid-twenties, he founded and grew an advertising agency in New York from just himself to over 150 employees. He also has been the owner of the 'San Antonio and Cycle Ranch' down in San Antonio, TX. He was able to buy this business, grow it tremendously, and has currently entered the process of selling it. Iain has a knack for building and rebuilding companies along with a tremendous story to share.
In this interview, Iain will talk about his start in business, his connection to spirituality, and what has driven his success. It's a great conversation with lots of insights related to entrepreneurship and money.

Ep #48 - In this episode of the podcast, Matt breaks down "The Avenger Drive" which is one of the seven drives that fuel every entrepreneur. The Avenger Drive has the catchphrase "This Must Change!"
This drive often originates when an entrepreneur feels they were wronged or that an injustice was committed against them. The result is that a business is created outside of someones anger. The person becomes so mad that they decide to take action and do something to change the situation. Anger is one of the most powerful motivators that inspire people to create something.

Ep #44 - In this very special episode, Matt Brauning sits down with 4-time Olympian and motivational speaker, Ruben Gonzalez.
In 1983, Ruben was a benchwarmer for his college soccer team and did not have any major athletic accomplishments. Since then, he has gone on to be a 4-time Olympian and he will be competing for a record coming up. He is the first Winter Olympian in history to compete in four different decades. He is now a motivational speaker and has been invited to speak for 100 of the Fortune 500 companies.
Ruben has the intention of competing in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games at the age of 55 and to again compete in 2022 in Beijing. If he succeeds in that goal, he will become the oldest Winter Olympian in history at 59 years old and he will have competed in five total decades.
