Ep #7 - Welcome to Episode #7 of the Purpose Driven Entrepreneur Podcast with Matt Brauning.
In this episode, we are joined by the illustrious Mike Begala who presently serves as the head NLP trainer and coach for Evolution Seminars and has a history of 20+ years working in the corporate consulting space. Some of the companies Mike has worked with include FedEx, Allergan, the US Army, and more.
Mike and I go deep and discuss the differences between overwhelm and stress in daily life. We talk about what exactly makes up these emotions, how to handle them, and how they show up in the life of a leader. This is the second podcast interview with Mike Begala and there are some amazing nuggets of wisdom that I encourage all of you to take to heart.

Another great podcast! I agree with you with something that Matt said; I have the ability to decide how I want to feel. I can acknowledge what it is I'm feeling and then I can DECIDE if I want to continue with that feeling or if it is time to stop and feel something different.
